Track your order
Visit the ‘Orders’ area of your account to see the order’s current state. Tap the sequence you want to follow. To find out the product’s location, tap “Track.” An SMS featuring tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been sent. With the URL provided in the SM, you may monitor the delivery on the website of our courier partner as well.

In most cases, we get and send the products within the time frame given on the product description. The following variables affect the estimated delivery date:
* Where the company is located that is selling the product
* The pin code that you wish to use to send the order

Delivery Date

The delivery date shown while making the purchase, i.e. on the Product Description, Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation page, as well as in the shipment notification email, is only an estimate. After the order has been sent, it can alter.

You can keep track of the status of your order’s shipping by checking the “Order Details” section under “My Account” once the item has been shipped. This will show you the Expected Delivery Date.

Occasionally there may be unexpected delays in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen and unavoidable logistics challenges outside of our regulation for which we are not responsible and would ask users to collaborate as we continuously attempt to eliminate such instances.
The shipment will be tried to be delivered three times before being returned to our warehouse if it is unavailable at the time of delivery. It will make the delivery process go more quickly if you provide your cell phone number there in delivery address.

Address Change

Only when your order is in a confirmed or pending stage and none of the items you ordered have been sent can you alter the delivery address. Nevertheless, the request for altering the delivery address could not be approved if there are any differences between the charges or taxes (if any) applicable for the genuine delivery location used when placing the purchase and the amended delivery location.

Shipping fee

Under the Order Summary area of the Cart page, you can see your shipping charge. On the Cart page, you will also see the minimum order amount required to qualify for free delivery.

Return and Refund

Please take note that packages are being returned to our fulfilment centre for the reasons listed below:
* The shipment was harmed in transit.
* The addressee rejects the delivery
* The provided address is incorrect. When placing a purchase, make sure your address is correct.
* After many tries, nobody is accessible to take the delivery.

Regrettably, once an order has been returned to our fulfilment centre, we are unable to redeliver it. If a payment has already been made, a complete refund will be performed within 7 business days and credited to the original means of payment. After completed, we will SMS confirm to you. Be at ease knowing that your money is secure with us. Depending on the stock, you may reorder the same or a comparable item.

FAQs

What if a few of the products I ordered are still missing?

In order to bring you each element more quickly, we frequently dispatch orders in separate sections. Hence, one shipment can arrive earlier than the others. In the ‘Orders’ tab, you can keep track of your order.

What if the order is showing delivered but not received?

If your package’s tracking information indicates delivery, or if you’ve gotten a delivery confirmation SMS but haven’t yet received it. Check to see whether your neighbours, friends, family, the owner of your home, or a security guard has picked up your merchandise on your behalf. Wait until the last moment of the day since items may show up as arrived while still being delivered.
